HR Director, Remote (with 1-2 days per month travel to the London office), £110,000 – £130,000p/a + packageWe’re delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, global tech business to recruit their first HR Director to lead the people strategy and shape an inclusive, high-performance culture.This is a hands-on, strategic role for a proven HR leader who thrives in dynamic, innovative environments. You’ll bring experience from sophisticated organisations (ideally big tech) and know how to adapt proven frameworks to fit a leaner, agile company of fewer than 200 people.Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll design and deliver scalable HR processes that empower managers and engineers, without unnecessary complexity. From global compliance to recruitment, employee experience to change management, you’ll own the full HR agenda – championing people practices that enable growth, innovation, and wellbeing.What you’ll bring:Significant HR leadership experience in high-performing organisations (tech preferred).A track record of scaling people operations in smaller, high-growth businesses.Strong generalist expertise across operations, employee relations, recruitment, and people development.Experience leading change, simplifying processes, and building trusted partnerships.Experience of engaging with unionsIf you’re a strategic yet practical HR leader who loves shaping culture, enabling talent, and driving impact – we’d love to hear from you.
