Now’s the time to set smart, simple people processes that will help their team thrive, without adding unnecessary red tape.You’ll:Own and improve their recruitment and onboarding processes (including remote staff)Build a repeatable HR infrastructure: policies, templates, systemsDesign a practical performance framework that managers will actually useSupport directors with team planning and developmentBe the go-to for people issues, engagement, and culture-buildingKeep the docs, records, and contracts updates in shapeHelp them scale sustainably, with clarity, compliance, and confidenceAbout YouYou’re probably someone who’s:Built or led HR in a fast-moving SME, startup, or founder-led businessComfortable working independently, but confident influencing at director levelPractical and people-focused, you simplify, not over-engineerA great communicator.
