Working closely with the STEM Lead and your team, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously create, review, and refine high-quality data. This involves evaluating AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness, ensuring they are insightful, well-structured, and tailored to the learner's level.Core ResponsibilitiesHigh-Quality Data Creation & Curation: Create and refine solutions, explanations, and derivations for STEM problems. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness.AI Response Evaluation & Feedback: Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, coherence, and pedagogy. Provide clear, constructive feedback.Subject Matter Expertise Application: Apply deep knowledge in your field to verify solutions and create alternative approaches.Collaboration & Workflow Adherence: Work closely with the STEM Lead and adhere to deadlines, workflows, and quality standards.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMaster’s degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) in [Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Coding/Finance] from a premier Tier-1 institution (IIT, BITS, NIT, IISER, IISc, TIFR, CMI, etc.). Ph.D. is a plus.Strong subject expertise across curricula, including JEE/NEET/GATE and undergraduate-level topics.Proven teaching/content writing/research experience (7+ years preferred).Excellent written communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Preferred QualificationsTrack record of producing top rankers in JEE/NEET/GATE.Experience developing original high-quality problems (Olympiad/JEE Advanced/GATE level).Familiarity with providing structured feedback for AI/ML models.Personal Attributes & Soft SkillsDetail-oriented, analytical, and critical thinker.Strong pedagogical aptitude and communication skills.Organized, proactive, and efficient in fast-paced environments.Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable with technology tools.
