Employment Advocate - Leading Employment Practice - Remote/Multiple LocationsWe are currently recruiting for a market-leading Employment team that advises some of the UK’s largest and best-known employers on all aspects of employment. The role will involve a varied caseload including disciplinary and grievance issues, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination, and equal pay, with a particular focus on advocacy before the Employment Tribunal. Hearings will include:Multi-day discrimination, whistleblowing, and detriment casesUnfair dismissal and wages claimsContentious preliminary hearings (jurisdiction, disability, applications, etc.)Case management preliminary hearings The successful candidate will have:3+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal ExecutiveDemonstrable experience of Employment Tribunal advocacy, including multi-day hearingsStrong communication and teamwork skillsA pragmatic, client-focused approach and a genuine interest in employment law and advocacyOn offer is a friendly, supportive, and market-leading practice offering genuine career progression and exposure to high-quality advocacy work.
