SolicitorLisburnc£30k-£35k 1-3+PQE Signatus are working with a growing solicitors practice based in Lisburn that has a thriving Property, family law and Litigation department. This small and successful office are looking to appoint a new assistant solicitor with experience across one or all of the above practice areas to join their team. Ideally a solicitor with a few years experience in residential property law would be advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to build out a long term career, in a well established and reputable practice, with a clear pathway for career progression, high quality work and a friendly collaborative team. Hybrid, full time and part time working conditions can be discussed depending on experience level.As a solicitor with a few years experience you will be given an opportunity to run a caseload of residential property files with partner level supervision and assist in the running of family law matters in both the DPC and FCC. Key responsibilities include:Managing own caseload of property and family law and children’s law casesAdvising clients on legal rights and obligationsPreparing court documents and attending hearingsLiaising with clients, experts, and other legal professionalsSupporting senior partners and engaging with outside counsel on complex casesIdeal candidate profile:NI Qualified solicitor c1-3 years PQE but more senior solicitors in the salary band would be considered.Strong interest and foundational experience in property and family law though some support and training can be provided.
