You’ll work closely with clients to design and deliver end-to-end consulting projects that drive measurable impact. This role blends creativity with commercial acumen: you’ll bring fresh ideas, design thinking, and problem-solving skills while also taking a hands-on approach to delivery. At the same time, you’ll be confident in spotting opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling solutions in fast-paced corporate environments.Skillset required:Performance Consulting: Ability to diagnose client challenges, shape solutions, and deliver measurable business impact.Consultative Selling & Commercial Awareness: Spotting opportunities and adding value through proactive client engagement.End-to-End Project Delivery: Experience working across the full consulting lifecycle – from research and scoping to design, delivery, and evaluation.Stakeholder Engagement: Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.Creativity and Design Thinking: Proven ability to apply human-centred design, UX principles, and creative problem-solving approaches to develop innovative solutions.Execution & Delivery: Hands-on, proactive, and reliable.
