Consolidated revenues as of $13+ billion.ResponsibilitiesMonitor user requests or service incidents pertaining to Flexcube app and resolve them.Monitor the EOD, EOM, EOY batch and identify any anomalies. Creation of new KBs or modifications of the KB.Run book creationITRS setup and monitoringCreate change request and manage a change implementation.Organize support/provide support to end user during off working hours whenever required.Co-ordinate with Product vendor for any patch or changes.Patch creation and VTM Patch Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with minimum direction and management oversight.Skills RequirementBachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Programming & Systems Analysis or related course8+ years of experience in Prod supportMust have good experience in Flexcube modules like CASA, LM and LOANSExcellent experience in Flexcube Support, Batch monitoring and its workflowGood at Oracle Database PL/SQL, Unix, AutosysExcellent written and verbal communication skillsManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
