We are now seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence, strengthen relationships, and accelerate growth across both trade and direct channels.The RoleThis is a proactive sales and relationship management role. Working remotely, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new opportunities, building strong partnerships with trade partners, direct clients as well as targeting specific market sectors ensuring Alliance solutions are specified and delivered into a wide range of projects.Your responsibilities will include:Proactively engaging with lift companies, trade partners, and prospective direct clients to build and maintain strong, long-term relationshipsPromoting our full range of platform lifts, cabin lifts, and goods lift solutionsReviewing and responding to tender documents, ensuring competitive and compliant submissionsIdentifying new opportunities to secure Alliance products within both trade and direct projectsRepresenting the company at industry events, meetings, and client presentationsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in sales or business development in the lift industryA self-motivated individual, confident working remotely and independently to achieve targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and engage in meaningful conversationsStrong commercial awareness with the ability to spot and develop new business opportunitiesA genuine interest in accessibility and providing solutions that make a positive differenceWhat You’ll GetA competitive salary with performance-related bonusesRemote and flexible working arrangementsThe opportunity to represent a respected and growing brand in the lift industryA supportive team environment with the resources to help you succeed
