TelecomTV generates daily written news coverage and regular industry reports, produces video interviews and panel discussions, hosts webinars, organises multiple digital summits, and hosts in-person events throughout the year, including the annual DSP Leaders World Forum and the Great Telco Debate. TelecomTV is also active at major telecom industry events such as Mobile World Congress (MWC) and Digital Transformation World (DTW Ignite).About the RoleTelecomTV is seeking a well-organised and insightful individual to support our global summits and leadership events. This role will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality speakers from across the telecoms and enterprise technology ecosystem. Working closely with the Client Services Director, you’ll help shape our event agendas by researching speaker trends, tracking who’s active on the industry circuit, and ensuring a strong mix of returning contributors and new voices.You’ll also support with the outreach process, from invitations to confirmations, and take ownership of maintaining our speaker database. This is a hands-on, mid-level role suited to someone with good telecoms industry awareness and a proactive approach to content curation and stakeholder engagement.This job description does not define or limit the scope of your employment with the Organisation which might reasonably require you to perform other duties from time to time.TelecomTV is a remote working organisation and an equal opportunities employer.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, identify and recommend speakers aligned to each summit or editorial themeTrack who is speaking at competitor events and across the wider telecoms landscapeBuild structured speaker shortlists, cross-referencing against existing contactsGrow our new speaker pool by at least 25% year-on-yearDraft and send speaker invitations and manage follow-up communicationsMaintain and expand our internal speaker database, with clear notes and trackingSupport coordination of speaker logistics, briefing notes and internal handoversCollaborate with editorial, marketing and production teams as neededMonitor and report on speaker engagement and progress against targetsSkills & ExperienceHave a working understanding of the telecom sector (including existing contacts in the industry)Strong research and analytical skills, with good industry awarenessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident liaising with senior stakeholders and industry expertsHighly organised and able to manage multiple projects in parallelComfortable using Excel, Trello, Monday or CRM toolsA genuine interest in telecoms, connectivity and enterprise innovationWhat We OfferThe opportunity to shape the speaker line-up across TelecomTV’s flagship summitsDirect exposure to thought leaders from across the global telecoms ecosystemA collaborative team culture and a varied, content-rich workloadThe chance to grow with a leading media platform at the heart of the industrySalary £35 - £38k (dependant on industry knowledge and experience)
