This is a Home Based role with some occasional travel to the office required.Role and ResponsibilitiesProvide support to business users of CRMLearning to understand and support CRM processesSupport with defining business processesWork with large scale data to be able to prepare and import into systemsProvide training on system developmentsWork with external service providers to ensure deliveryProduce development scoping documentationManage delivery of projects through from inception to completionEscalate potential business risks to manager Read and comply with the company’s Health and Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health and Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.Experience and QualificationsEssential:Proficient with Microsoft Office packagesMaths and English proficiencyAdvanced Excel proficiencyProficient with SQL/MySQLProfessional and confident manner Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlinesProblem solvingProject managementEffective face-to-face communicator with good telephone and written skillsAbility to work on their own initiative with a good ‘Team Work’ ethicAbility to meet deadlines and prioritise activitiesGood presentation skillsAbility to analyse reports and develop recommendationsPrepare clear and succinct reports and correspondenceBe able to work with colleagues, customers, suppliers and the public in generalCan do approach.Desirable:Energy Industry experienceExperience with CRM SystemsWhat we offerTraining and development opportunitiesCompany pensionFlexible work hoursSharesave schemeLife insurance4pm finish on FridayAccess to a wide range of voluntary benefits through our Inspired Benefits PortalIf you are interested in the role and would like to be considered, please apply now and a member of our In House Recruitment Team will be in touch.
