Are you atechnically minded estimatorwho loves turning complex ideas into real-world solutions?Were working with aforward-thinking industry leaderknown for innovation and quality, whos looking for aDesign Estimatorto join their growing team.This is a key role where youll help bridge the gap between client vision and technical delivery transforming project concepts into accurate designs and costings that drive successful installations.What Youll Be DoingPreparing accuratematerials and labour take-offsfor a variety of technical projects.Creating and issuingdetailed estimates, proposals, and technical submissions.Working closely withSales and Project Fulfilment teamsto evaluate risks and find smart solutions.Reviewingproject specs and drawingsto produce clear, cost-effective design estimates.Ensuring all designs meetquality, regulatory, and health & safetystandards.Producingsystem renders, wiring diagrams, and schematicsfor active safety system designs.What Were Looking ForAt least3 years experiencein estimating, ideally withinelectrical or technology-based installations e.g., CCTV, security systems, Building Services Intelligent transport system providers or similar.A relevant qualification inEngineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Managementor similarStrong IT skills, includingExceland design tools such asCAD or Revit.Excellent communication and organisational abilities youll be collaborating across teams and with clients.Full UK driving licence(occasional site visits required).CSCS / SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications would be an advantage.Why Join?Youll be part of aprogressive, tech-driven businessthat values innovation, collaboration, and precision.Expect a role where your ideas are valued, your technical skills are developed, and your work directly contributes to the success of projects across the UK.JBRP1_UKTJ
