Residential Care Home Manager Bedlington Bedlington, Northumberland up to 55,000| Full-Time | Permanent Are you an experienced and compassionate leader looking for a new opportunity in a high-quality care environment? The Home is a beautifully designed and purpose-built 55-bed residential home in the heart of Bedlington, is seeking a dynamic Residential Care Home Manager to lead our exceptional team. About the Home: Set in the picturesque market town of Bedlington, it offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. Our home is spread over three thoughtfully designed floors, catering to both General Residential and Dementia Residential needs. With standard and premium roomsincluding accommodations for couplesall with en-suites, TVs, and stunning valley views, we provide an exceptional living experience for our residents. Residents enjoy access to our in-home Cinema Room, Dining Room, Library, Corner Shop, Piano Bar, and vibrant Social Spaces, alongside open communal areas perfect for family visits. Our dedicated chefs and activities team ensure that each day is full of nourishment, engagement, and joy. The Role: As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and direction of the home. Your focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of care, regulatory compliance, team development, and resident satisfaction.
