This is a physically active, customer-facing role delivering white goods and home furnishings as part of a 2-man crew . Location: Marsh Leys (Bedford) Pay Rate: 14.79 per hour PAYE Hours: Approx. 11-hour shifts Start Time: 06:00am Shift Patterns: - Tuesday to Saturday - Sunday to Thursday Job Description - Carrying out 1520 deliveries per day - Delivering white goods and home furnishings (items up to 79kg ) - Working as part of a 2-man crew , with lifting aids provided - Delivering outstanding customer service - Making 1-hour pre-delivery calls to customers - Supporting other 7.5T crews when required due to traffic or breakdowns Requirements - Valid 7.5T (C1) licence held for a minimum of 6 months - Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card - Penalty points considered on a case-by-case basis - Willingness to complete both a theory test and driving assessment prior.
