What Youll Be Doing As our Litigation Lawyer, youll play a key role in managing litigationparticularly legal disrepair cases against bpha by ensuring compliance with the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Condition Claims. Youll also provide legal advice across the business particularly in relation to tenancy management and other potentially contentious matters. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to legal claims within required timescalesManaging cases effectively and maintaining accurate recordsAdvising housing and complaints teams on legal matters
