Senior ER Advisor

Job Description We are currently seeking a Senior ER Advisor to join a not for profit organisation in Bedford. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) and offers hybrid working (3 days home working) and a salary of up to 47,000 per annum.This is a new role working in collaboration with HR Business Partners to provide overall insight on ER matters and provide support and advice on escalated ER cases.Key Responsibilities:Lead complex ER cases, taking ownership of high-risk and escalated cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.Act as a trusted advisor providing clear, practical advice to managers and senior leaders, building confidence in handling ER issuesDrive policy and process improvements, identifying trends and gaps, and leading initiatives that make our ER approach smarter and more proactiveDeliver training and guidance that empowers managers to handle ER issues effectively and confidentlyBalance risk and people by helping make decisions that are legally sound, commercially sensible, and people focusedProvide insight by turning ER data into meaningful reports and recommendations that help to shape future strategyWork closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to deliver joined-up solutions that support organisational goalsAbout You:Deep ER experience: You've managed complex cases and acted as the escalation point many times before.Influence and Impact: You know how to engage senior leaders and aren't afraid to challenge when neededBenefits:36 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)12% employer pension contributionFlexible start/finish times and working patterns3 days working from homKey Details:Location: Bedford (3 days home working)Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)Salary: Up to 47,000 per annumContract Type: Permanent
