About the Role:Manage and grow and develop new and existing industrial client base.Source, screen, and place candidates in temporary or permanent assignments.Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and build long-term partnerships.Achieve KPIs and contribute to team targets.Deliver excellent service to clients and candidates alike. About You:Proven experience in industrial recruitment (temps)Strong business development and account management skills.Confident in managing a 360 recruitment desk.A proactive, resilient, and target-driven attitude.Knowledge of compliance and regulations within the industrial sector.
