You'll play a vital part in maintaining plant services /manufacturing area, and driving continuous improvement across site operations. ??What We Offer 45-50K Salary DOE 24 Days holiday + Bank Holidays Rotating shift premiums and holiday pay On-site parking and canteen facilities Access to training and professional development Inclusive and supportive work culture Profit Share + Recognition and rewards for innovation and impact ???Key Responsibilities Be able to work a 24 Hour Rotating shift pattern, Maintain plant and service equipment per maintenance schedules for optimal performance Conduct repairs and implement plant modifications Carry out PPM's, breakdown repairs, and new installations Perform preventative maintenance and lead improvement initiatives Comply with Health & Safety requirements Document procedures and support business objectives through collaboration ??Your Profile BTEC Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical engineering principles Experience with facilities equipment: pumps, piping, wiring layouts, transformers, PLCs.
