Key Responsibilities: Preparing and cutting meats to customer specifications in a slaughter environment. Handling carcasses, boning, trimming, and processing various meats. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the work environment. Assisting in stock control and inventory management. Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. Requirements: Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role, particularly in a slaughter environment. Ability to handle all aspects of butchery, including boning, trimming, and preparing meats. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to work in a slaughter environment with a focus on safety and cleanliness. Pay & Benefits: Starting pay of 12.21 per hour , with potential for higher pay based on experience. Monday to Friday shifts: 06:00 AM 03:00 PM . Full-time, permanent position.
