About the Role We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and confident Coordinato r to join our Maintenance Team. This is a crucial role that ensures seamless communication and efficient scheduling between our estimators, engineers, and clients. Youll be the go-to person for managing schedules, coordinating information flow, and keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. If youve got experience working in property management or property maintenance, youll have a great head start. Requirements Key Responsibilities Scheduling estimators and managing their calendars Coordinating communication between estimators, engineers, and clients Liaising with clients to gather additional information when required Updating internal systems with project details and maintaining accurate records Handling internal reporting and document management Providing on-call support for estimators during working hours, handling any queries that arise Must-Have Skills Strong organisational and multitasking ability Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) Experience using a CRM system (desirable) Prior experience in property management, property maintenance, or a similar sector Benefits Salary: 27,000 - 28,000 (depending on experience) Annual leave: 23 days holiday + Bank holidays Hours: MondayFriday, 9am - 5pm Location: Based in Silsoe (office based) Perks: Supportive team, evolving role, great culture Career progression: Opportunities to move between departments and grow within the company.
