Job DescriptionLegal Secretary (Litigation), Bedfordshire, Temporary 2-month role with strong extension potential, 26,000+ (DOE) Pro Rata, JOB REF:0181Are you an experienced Legal Secretary seeking your next opportunity in a supportive and reputable firm? Were looking for a proactive, organised, and professional Legal Secretary to join a well-established firm in Bedfordshire.In this role, youll provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to solicitors, helping ensure the smooth running of the department. You'll be part of a friendly, collaborative team where your skills and initiative are valued.THE ROLE:Youll be providing vital secretarial and administrative support to solicitors dealing with a broad range of litigation matters, mainly property litigation.Audio and copy typing legal documents and correspondencePreparing and amending client documentationDiary management and arranging appointmentsLiaising with clients, courts, and external bodiesManaging files, opening and closing mattersAssisting with billing and time recordingSKILLS REQUIRED:Minimum of 1 years experience in a legal secretary role, ideally within a property litigation departmentStrong typing and administrative skillsExcellent attention to detail and confidentialityA friendly and professional manner when dealing with clientsConfident using legal software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFor more information, or to apply for this role contact Alicia Forde on 0121 454 1004 or email [email protected] will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
