Property Inspector

We're currently recruiting for a Property Inspector for our Estate Agency client based in Luton.Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in dealing with Property Inspections, Property Management or an Inventory Clerk. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30 minute commute of the area.You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.Benefits:Option for Part Time hoursBasic £28,000 - £30,000 (pro rata'd for part time)Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 4pm but a day back in lieu5 day working weekBusiness mileage paidGreat training and development Excellent career progressionWell known award winning brandParkingResponsibilities:Dealing with property inspectionsSupporting Property Managers to inspect propertiesCompiling reports to send to Landlords and the Property Management teamSupport occasionally on inventories and check outs (full training provided)Key Skills:Ideally experience in dealing with Property Inspections, Property Management, or an Inventory ClerkKeen eye for detailStrong organisational skillsAbility to manage your own work scheduleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective team playerMust hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own carAdditional Company Information:An opportunity has become available for an award winning, multi office, independent Estate Agent in their flagship Luton office.
