Based in elegant offices in West London, this is a rare opportunity to step away from the volume and pressure of a corporate environment and into a role that values quality over quantity.Managing a beautifully maintained portfolio of approximately 75 premium properties, you will oversee the full tenancy lifecycle with a strong focus on tenancy progression and client care. You’ll work closely with discerning landlords and tenants who expect - and receive - an exceptionally high level of service.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeActing as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenantsManaging the full tenancy process from offer stage through to move-in and check-outDrafting tenancy renewals and documentation with accuracy and careEnsuring full compliance with current legislation and best practicesCoordinating maintenance and repairs efficiently and professionallyMaintaining the integrity and presentation of a high-quality portfolioThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:Proven experience in residential property management, including tenancy progressionExceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - and a polished, professional mannerStrong organisational ability with a proactive and composed approachWorking knowledge of property legislation and industry standardsARLA qualification is desirable, though not essentialThis is not your typical high-street agency role.
