MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Senior Event Manager to join the team in Bagshot, Surrey.You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of events across the UK and internationally.The position is full-time and offers the option of hybrid working following a successful six-month onboarding period. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing end-to-end events● Proven organisational and project management skills● Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities● Experience leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels● Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in event design and delivery● International event experience is desirable but not essential KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead management conferences, corporate social events, incentives, charity fundraisers, and private parties the planning and delivery of a wide range of events, includingsenior management conferences, corporate social events, incentives, charity fundraisers, and private parties ● Source and recommend suitable venues in the UK and internationally● Develop creative and compelling event proposals tailored to client requirements● Oversee events all aspects of pre-event planning and be the lead on-site during live● Create and manage detailed project timelines and budgets● Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and partners● Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company● Embed recommending the most responsible and environmentally friendly options available sustainability into every stage of event planning by identifying and ●PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence● Proactive and solution-focused approach● Confident communicator and collaborative team player● Professional, approachable, and adaptable● Resilient and calm under pressure WHAT WE OFFER Hybrid working (after 6 months) 20 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays, plus your birthday) increasing for each year of service (up to 5 years) Employer with years of service)Private pension contribution (starting at 3% employer contribution increasing Medical Enhanced parental leave pay increasing with length of service Insurance after 3 years’ service
