The firm operates on a generous hybrid policy for applicants that prefer to do a few days working from home, that require some flexibility or that may be based slightly further afield.About the RoleYou’ll manage a varied and stimulating caseload across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes advising on matters such as:contractual disputeslandlord and tenant issues (including under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954)lease renewalseasementsrights of wayboundary and covenant disputesdebt recoveryshareholder and partnership disputesbreach of director dutiesbreach of warranty and indemnity claimsinjunctive relief and urgent interim applicationsmisrepresentation and fraud-related claimsYou’ll work closely with the head of department and experienced colleagues who value collaboration, client service, and shared success.
