Litigation Lawyer

We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority based in the South-West, who are recruiting for a locum Senior Litigation Lawyer to join the team for 3-months initially.The role can be on a fully remote basis, with a rate in the region of £55p/hour UMB, negotiable subject to PQE.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Handling a varied caseload including property litigation, highways and general civil litigation, including debt recovery and judicial review proceedingsAdvising on a range of criminal and civil litigation matters, involving planning enforcement and education mattersProviding guidance and supervision to junior members of the Litigation teamRewards and Benefits:Remote workingFlexible working patternsWorking hours:37 hours per weekMonday – FridayPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
