Group services include security, cleaning, recruitment & healthcare with training (Kingdom Academy) underpinning all services.We are seeking an experienced finance professional who wishes to develop their skills and knowledge within a Finance Department and a growing diverse group of companies.Position: Finance Business Partner Where: Kingdom National Support center,Newton-Le-WillowsHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm or to meet the demands and objectives of the primary role.Salary: £50,000.00 - £55,000.00 Per Annum (based on experience) + Bonus SchemeWhat's in it for you?Attractive and competitive annual leave allowanceDeath in Service Insurance SchemeCar Allowance – Terms & Conditions apply.Access to advanced / early pay scheme.Free uniform (job role applicable).Free equipment (job role applicable).Market competitive sales commission scheme.Free colleague app - links to benefits, mental health & wellbeing support, and more.Free on-site parking.Community social value days (at Line Managers' discretion and in line with CSVD policy).Weekly recognition and reward scheme.Refer a friend monetary scheme (terms and conditions apply).Award-winning team and supportive work environment.Vivup | Home (vivupbenefits.co.uk).ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Financial Controller and Chief Financial OfficerCollaborate with non-financial managers to help them make informed financial decisionsProvide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive business performanceAct as finance lead for relevant divisionManage/support the Assistant Accountants as requiredProduce timely and accurate monthly financial statements including P&L accounts, balance sheet, variance analysis in line with the finance timetableProduce monthly analysis and reconciliations for all balance sheet items – supported by the Assistant AccountantsReview expenditureComplete cashflow forecasts/analysisPreparation of budgets and reforecastsStatutory/regulatory returns including VAT, PAYE, Corporation taxImprove accounting processes and systemsComplete the year-end analysis and reconciliationsLiaise with external auditors during year-end process and support the preparation of annual accountsAny other adhoc accounting duties within the finance teamWhat We Are Looking ForGood organisation and time management skills with high attention to detail and an ability to plan, prioritise, and adapt to meet deadlines. PC literate with good communication and comprehensive excel skills. Good interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Proven experience developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and growth across sectors.Strong commercial awareness, with a track record of creating targeted, client-focused campaigns supporting sales and business objectives.Leadership experience managing marketing functions or teams, focusing on brand consistency, creative quality, and continuous performance improvement.
