Key Responsibilities: Oversee personal care and promote dignity and independence. Conduct supervisions and appraisals for support workers. Role-model and apply PBS techniques. Collaborate with the team to reduce behaviours of concern. Skills & Attributes: Experience in a senior care role. Strong communication and leadership skills.
