Electrical FitterLocation: BromboroughSalary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annumWe are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Fitter to join a Manufacturing client in Bromborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in electrical installation, general fit-out, and wiring.About the Role:Undertake disassembly, refurbishment, and assembly of specialist equipment.Carry out electrical fault-finding and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the design team.Contribute to both new build projects and maintenance or repair work on marine craft.Interpret and work accurately from engineering drawings and schematics.Take the lead in promoting a culture focused on quality, cleanliness, and ongoing improvement.Support and motivate team members while ensuring work is delivered to high standards.Overtime work may be required as per business needs.What We’re Looking For:Qualifications: Time-served / apprentice-trained electrical fitter or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an electrical discipline — certification proof required.Experience:A track record in electrical fitting, assembly, or maintenance.Skills:Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing quality work.Good planning and organisational abilities, with a proactive and consistent work ethic.Capable of working independently or as part of a team.Effective communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
