Our people make it possible, and now, were looking for a creative and detail-driven Marketing Assistant to join our in-house team in Beaconsfield!This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both residential and commercial marketing supporting campaigns, events, and content creation that showcase the best of our developments.What youll be doingYour days will be varied and rewarding as you help deliver high-quality marketing across our portfolio. Youll work closely with our sales and estates teams and play an active role in day-to-day activity.Youll:Keep websites, property portals and the intranet up to date with accurate and engaging contentResearch local areas to support the marketing of new and existing developmentsWrite news stories and company updates that reflect our brand and valuesTrack the performance of campaigns and help present marketing insightsAssist in producing and distributing brochures, signage and other marketing materialsSupport the planning and delivery of launches, open days and eventsReview estate agents' marketing for brand consistency and qualityCreate visuals and some content for emailers and internal communications using Canva, Photoshop or AdobeWhat were looking forSome experience or education in marketing, communications or a related fieldConfident using Canva, Photoshop or Adobe Creative SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsA high level of organisation and attention to detailA proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approachWhy youll love working with usAt Shanly Group, our values guide the way we work and grow together.
