Estimator (Industrial roofing and cladding)

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in industrial roofing and cladding to join our growing team based at South Woodham Ferrers in Essex. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in refurbishment projects and is now looking to step into or continue in an office-based estimating role. We offer flexible working hours with a mixture of office and home working if needed. Whether you already hold an NVQ in Roofing Occupations or you're currently working towards one, wed love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate quotations and tenders for industrial roofing and cladding projects Read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications Attend site visits for measurements, condition surveys, or client discussions Estimate materials, labour, plant, and overheads to complete cost breakdowns Ensure all estimates comply with current Health & Safety and CDM regulations Liaise with suppliers for material pricing and lead times Provide full project handover to Contracts and Site teams once orders are confirmed Assist in programming and planning of projects where required What We Offer: Competitive salary (40,000 52,000 depending on experience) Full-time, permanent position with long-term progression Pension and private medical provided.
