Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities As a vital member of our operations team, you will ensure our workwear meets the highest standards by: Inspecting garments for damage and identifying necessary repairs. Executing high-quality repairs using industrial sewing machines . Registering repair data into our internal database. Folding and packing garments neatly according to our "out-scan" delivery process. Assisting the laundry operative team during peak times to ensure smooth production flow. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will be hard-working with a keen eye for detail. We are looking for: Proven experience in garment repair (experience with protective clothing or heavy-duty workwear is a major plus). Technical skill in operating industrial sewing machines. Digital literacy to log repairs on a database. Reliability: Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. Ready to start?
