Van Driver - Batley 12.45 per hour - Ongoing Work Pure Staff are currently recruiting for Van Drivers to work with our established and respected client based in Batley . This is a temporary role with the opportunity to become ongoing for the right candidate. What's in it for you as a van driver? Reliable Ongoing Work: Monday to Friday shifts, starting between 07:30am and 09:00am Longer Shifts: 9-10 hour days on average Straightforward Route Planning: 10-15 deliveries per shift Some Handball Required - Manual handling of goods during delivery Supportive Team: Full support from the Pure Staff team before and during your role Free On-Site Parking at the depot Refrigerated Vehicle Work - Preferred but not essential Your role as a Van Driver Safe, Efficient Driving: Conduct timely deliveries to a range of customers in refrigerated vans Loading/Unloading: Some handball required - must be comfortable with manual work Customer Focused: Be polite, presentable and professional on all deliveries Vehicle Checks: Carry out daily checks and report any issues to the depot Communication: Maintain contact with the depot for updates and route support Requirements Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 2 years Minimum 6 months' experience driving vans commercially Maximum 6 points on your licence (no DD, DR, or IN codes) Previous experience with refrigerated vehicles preferred Must be available to start from 20/10/2025 Able to complete an online induction before starting work Pay 12.45 per hour Weekly pay with holiday entitlement and pension auto-enrolment No sign-up fees , easy registration process Access to exclusive staff perks and discounts after your first payment While working with Pure Staff, you're employed and paid directly by us - no umbrella companies, no processing fees, no outsourced payroll - just simple PAYE with accurate, on-time payslips directly from our experienced in-house payroll team.
