This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment with strong development prospects.What We Offer:Competitive salary up to 31,500Annual bonus structureFlexible, hybrid workingExcellent exposure and career progression opportunitiesComprehensive training and ongoing supportKey Responsibilities:Act as the go-to Shopper Marketer for your area of responsibility, sharing valuable insights with internal teams.Lead shopper marketing initiatives that drive performance in line with business objectives.Develop and deliver effective shopper marketing plans to achieve sales and profit targets.Implement robust channel strategies that provide a best-in-class shopper experience across the full shopper journey.Identify and drive growth opportunities through innovation and impactful marketing activities.Build strong cross-functional relationships to develop a detailed understanding of customer needs.Create and manage shopper marketing calendars that align with wider annual business plans and deliver tangible value.Key Skills & Experience:Ideally 2 years of marketing experience or working in a commercial environment.Experience working with both retail and trade customers is desirable.Proactive, with excellent communication skills in complex, fast-paced environments.Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively under pressure.Strong initiative and self-motivation to drive projects forward.Previous agency management experience is advantageous.If youre looking to grow your career in shopper marketing within a collaborative and dynamic team, wed love to hear from you!
