Can be based in which ever location is best for the successful applicant.Our client is seeking a dedicated Windows and DoorsEstimator specialising in Take Offs to join their contracting team in West Lothian. This pivotal role involves preparing cost estimates, technical proposals, and managing project bids. The ideal candidate will bring experience in contract estimation, particularly with manufacturing & packaging projects, ensuring accurate take-offs and quotations to drive winning bids.Review Construction DrawingsPrepare detailed cost estimates and technical proposals based on client specificationsLiaise with suppliersCollaborate with design and project teams to validate scope and technical accuracyDevelop and maintain strong client relationships to secure new projectsProcure sample materials and ensure compliance with project requirementsCandidates should have :Proven experience in estimation with a focus on Take Offs from construction drawings and reviewing specification documents to finalise the details for the estimate.
