About the RoleDue to continued growth, we are excited to be recruiting for this brand new role of Learning and Development Manager to join Team Rock. Reporting directly into the Head of HR, this role is perfect for an experienced L&D Manager who is looking for a position that they can shape and truly take ownership of. We are a fast-paced organisation with substantial growth plans over the next 18 months, so you will play a critical role in supporting our goals and enhancing colleague competence in all areas of the business.
