Key Account Manager100% Remote.Catalyst Consulting is a boutique, revenue-centric performance marketing consultancy. We work with a small number of high-growth B2B companies and take full ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes — not vanity metrics.This role is client-facing.This role is not entry-level.This role is not for someone who struggles with communication, ownership, or organization.We are hiring a Key Account Manager to own client communication, project coordination, and operational excellence across Catalyst accounts.You are the connective tissue between strategy, execution, and the client.The Role (Read This Carefully)This role exists because great performance marketing fails without clear communication, structure, and accountability.You will own the client relationship and internal coordination, ensuring nothing slips, nothing gets miscommunicated, and nothing is reactive.You are not here to “check in.”You are here to run accounts operationally.What You’ll Actually DoClient OwnershipAct as the primary point of contact for assigned US-based clientsLead client communication via Slack, email, and scheduled callsTranslate strategy into clear updates clients actually understandSet expectations clearly and proactively — no surprisesProject & Workflow ManagementOwn project management inside ClickUpCreate, manage, and enforce timelines, tasks, and prioritiesCoordinate between performance marketers, strategists, and leadershipEnsure deliverables are on time, correct, and aligned with strategyInternal OperationsKeep accounts running cleanly and predictablyMaintain documentation, notes, and assets in Google DriveEnsure Slack communication is structured, actionable, and professionalFlag risks, blockers, or scope issues before they become problemsPerformance Context (Not Execution)Understand the fundamentals of performance marketingSpeak intelligently about:FunnelsLead qualityPipelinePaid media performance (high level)You will not run ads, but you must understand what’s happening well enough to manage clients confidentlyCRM & ProcessWork inside HubSpot to:Track pipeline statusUnderstand lead flow and sales feedbackSupport reporting and client conversationsEnsure marketing and sales alignment stays tightThis Role Is For You If…You have near-native or native-level English (written and spoken)You have experience working directly with US-based clientsYou are calm, organized, and extremely clear in communicationYou think in systems, timelines, and prioritiesYou take ownership naturally and don’t wait to be told what to doYou’ve worked in fast-moving, high-expectation environmentsYou enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothlyThis Role Is NOT For You If…Your English is conversational but not professional-levelYou struggle to lead calls or push back when neededYou need constant direction or reassuranceYou dislike process, documentation, or structureYou want to “ease into” responsibilityYou are primarily looking for a creative or execution roleRequired ExperienceNear-native / fluent English (written + spoken)Experience working with US-based clientsStrong project management backgroundHands-on experience with:ClickUpSlackGoogle DriveHubSpotAbility to manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyFoundational understanding of performance marketing strongly preferredPaid mediaFunnelsPipeline and revenue conceptsCompensation & BenefitsTarget Salary: 40,000 GBP 100% RemoteFlexible schedule — outcomes matter, not hoursUnlimited PTOMental health days encouragedWork directly with a high-performing, senior teamNo fluff, no politics, no chaosHow to Apply (IMPORTANT)We expect a high volume of applications.We will only review candidates who follow these instructions.To apply:Send an introductory email to your resumeInclude a short Loom video explaining:Your experience working with US-based clientsYour project management backgroundWhy you believe you’d excel in a high-ownership account management roleApplications that do not follow this process will not be reviewed.
