You’ll work closely with senior figures in the field, including a Band 1 Chambers-ranked partner, and play a key role in a practice that supports a high-profile client base across retail, energy, financial services and more.The opportunity:Work on a wide-ranging caseload of commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, often involving complex, high-value issuesTake real ownership of your files while collaborating closely with top-tier colleagues and clientsJoin a national practice with over 180 real estate professionals, operating across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern IrelandBe part of a supportive, well-connected team that combines legal rigour with a progressive, commercial outlookWho they’re looking for:This role would suit a property litigator at NQ to 3 PQE with solid grounding in landlord and tenant work, clear commercial instincts and a genuine enthusiasm for real estate disputes.
