The ideal candidate will bring:A proven track record handling a full caseload of pre-litigated and litigated defender and/or recoveries work.Confidence managing third-party claims, with the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.Experience overseeing litigated files end-to-end is advantageous, though not essential.A solid understanding of Personal Injury Claims—preferably on the Defendant side—though candidates from a Pursuer background are also encouraged to applyA proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and a drive to exceed performance targets.The Role:In this role, you’ll manage a broad and busy caseload through our case management system, working on a range of matters including:Motor ClaimsRecoveriesCredit HireSuspected FraudThis is an excellent opportunity to build your skills in a variety of legal areas while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
