You will be responsible for the development of the HR/People strategy in support of the company’s vision, values and ethos.What's on offer: Generous salary and benefits package including ongoing support, generous holiday, free parking and contributory pension scheme.What's involved: As People Director you will work alongside the senior leadership team to drive and advance the organisation's objectives through strategic workforce planning, effective talent management, and continuous performance improvement. You will lead initiatives to enhance overall employee experience alongside advocating for commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDIB). You will provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures across the organisation. You will oversee all recruitment processes alongside developing initiatives to retain staff teams. You will ensure all training is compliant with mandatory training requirements alongside implementing effective learning and development programs. You will be an integral part of the leadership team, providing expert advice on governance of HR policies, procedures and practices.What you'll bring: Proven experience as a People Director ideally within a social care setting. You will have a wealth of knowledge of regulatory requirements, care sector best practice and employment law. You will have proven experience in designing and implementing HR strategies, with the ability to lead through change, and possess excellent leadership skills.The ideal candidate will have a degree/master’s in human resources or related field and CIPD qualification.
