Creative enough to give you room to do more than shuffle specs around all day.You’ll be the one turning new product ideas into packaging reality — working across NPD, Process, Procurement, Commercial, and more. There’s real ownership here. From concept to trial to sign-off and onto supermarket shelves — it’s your call to make sure the packaging works.A bit about you:You’ve done this before — ideally in FMCG or food. You get how packaging materials behave in real-life factory and retail environments. You’re used to artwork approvals, print specs, shelf-life trials, all the fiddly bits that happen between “that looks nice” and “we’re live”.You’re not just a do-er. You’re a problem solver.
