Your role is to deepen those partnerships while identifying and converting new opportunities across a growing market.About the RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant with our financial services division, you’ll join a team known for making placements within their first 7 weeks, thanks to a well-established market presence and consistently high demand across all regions. You’ll be working with both SMEs and national firms, many of whom are repeat clients.Manage and expand existing client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery and deepening long-term partnershipsIdentify cross-selling opportunities across wealth and finance verticalsDevelop new business through targeted outreach to warm leads, referrals, and identified growth sectors within financial servicesSource, qualify and manage candidates across a wide range of roles within wealth management and financeRun full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality experience for both clients and candidatesStay informed of sector trends to provide consultative advice and market intelligence to clientsContribute to the continued success and growth of the Eden Rose brand within financial servicesMaintain accurate CRM records and contribute to team-wide performance and knowledge sharingWho are we?BGI is a £140M global multi-brand recruitment group operating across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and the USA.
