M&E Design Consultant Commercial and Property ConsultancyBristol£40,000 to £60,000 DOE + car allowance + plus mileage + 30 days holiday plus bank holidays + training + progression + potential hybrid structure + company benefitsIf you are an experienced M&E Consultant or have mechanical or electrical design experience in consultancy OR contractor setting and want to take the next step into consultancy, this is an incredibly exciting opportunity.You will be joining an award winning commercial property consultancy that works with landlords and tenants across the UK. The team advises on building services in high profile London properties as well as regional offices, retail, and mixed-use sites. Projects range from condition surveys and compliance checks to full design, specification, and project delivery.In this role, you will be trained to carry out M&E surveys, write technical reports, review maintenance contracts, and provide strategic advice to clients. You will also have the chance to work on small to medium sized projects, managing them from concept through to completion alongside experienced engineers and surveyors.This is a standout opportunity because you will step into a role where your existing design skills will be valued while you gain the consultancy expertise that will open doors for the rest of your career.
