The team advises on building services in high profile London properties as well as regional offices, retail, and mixed-use sites. Projects range from condition surveys and compliance checks to full design, specification, and project delivery.In this role, you will be trained to carry out M&E surveys, write technical reports, review maintenance contracts, and provide strategic advice to clients.
