Im currently working with a social housing provider who are looking to appoint a Lead Surveyor (Damp, Mould and Condensation) on a permanent basis.Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.This Lead Surveyor role is offering:Salary of 51,842 per annumPermanent contractFull-time positionTravel required full clean driving licence essentialThe Lead Surveyor will take ownership of complex damp and mould cases across the housing stock, leading a team of surveyors and ensuring all works relating to damp and mould are managed effectively and in line with compliance standards. The Lead Surveyor will oversee investigations, diagnosis and remedial programmes, ensuring surveyor reports are technically robust and customer focused.Key duties of the Lead Surveyor include:Leading and supervising a technical surveyor teamManaging multiple building projects linked to damp and mouldEnsuring compliance with HHSRS and housing legislationMonitoring contractor performance against Schedule of RatesOverseeing Health & Safety requirements including CDMSupporting performance management within the surveyor teamIdentifying asbestos and managing associated risksTo be successful in this Lead Surveyor position, you will need:Proven experience operating as a Surveyor within housingStrong technical knowledge of damp, mould and building pathologyDetailed understanding of HHSRS and compliance requirementsExperience managing xjdpvnf cases through housing systems such as CxA proven track record delivering multiple technical projectsA formal building qualification (RICS accredited, BSc, HNC or HND)Strong organisational and decision-making skillsConfidence using Microsoft packages and OutlookA full and clean UK driving licenceIf you are interested in this Lead Surveyor opportunity, or would like to find out more about the Lead Surveyor role, please email Paris at or call on
