This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and work on a diverse range of commercial matters across multiple sectors. The Role You will be responsible for advising on, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including: Agency, distribution, and franchising agreements B2B and B2C terms and conditions Technology contracts (e.g., software licensing, SaaS, cloud services) Construction and engineering contracts (JCT, NEC) Procurement and outsourcing agreements You’ll also provide strategic legal advice, lead client engagements, and support junior team members. What We’re Looking For Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with8+ years PQEin commercial contracts Strong experience across a range of sectors including tech, construction, and engineering Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision Experience mentoring junior lawyers is a plus Knowledge of data protection and consumer law is desirable Additional Advantages Background in public procurement or in-house legal roles Familiarity with sectors such as healthcare, education, or public services Why Apply?
