This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key figure in the team, championing brand values and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.As the face of the store, youll be a natural leaderapproachable, knowledgeable, and committed to creating a welcoming environment for both customers and team members. Youll play a vital role in shaping the stores success and ensuring every visitor feels valued and inspired.Your RoleAs Store Manager, youll be responsible for:Delivering outstanding customer service across all touchpointswhether in person, over the phone, or online.Developing a deep understanding of our brand ethos, product range, and seasonal collections.Offering thoughtful styling advice and product recommendations tailored to individual needs.Leading recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of store staff.Conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a positive team culture.Overseeing all sales transactions, returns, and deliveries in line with company procedures.Handling customer concerns with professionalism and care.Managing store operations including opening/closing, stock handling, and visual merchandising.Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation on the shop floor.Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed at all times.Sharing customer insights with head office and collaborating with other store teams. You will need to work at least 2 weekends a month to start with as at least one Senior Team member is required on Saturdays and / or Sundays every weekend until other staff are settled and fully trained.
