Residential Property Lawyer Solicitor / CLC / CILEX Salary: CompetitiveHours: Monday Friday, 09:00 17:30 (Part Time / Flexible considered for the right applicant)To Start: January 2026 The Role: Weisberg Legal have an excellent opportunity available for a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join our busy team of professionals.The position could be either full or part-time and part hybrid working will be considered for the right candidate.You will be joining a friendly office who seek to provide the highest standards of client care. Our key areas of business are residential conveyancing, private client and commercial property.We are a CQS accredited firm and you will benefit from working with modern case management systems and supported by an experienced and motivated team.With experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing and a full understanding of the conveyancing process you will be running your own caseload which will include conveyancing for freehold and leasehold properties including; purchase and sales, shared ownership, registered and unregistered property and transfer of equity.
