Care Manager

We are seeking a Care Manager for one of the South's leading domiciliary care providers to cover Bath. They will offer: Basic salary of 35,000 Ongoing training and development Good mileage allowance Blue light discount Company pension scheme Well-being support and initiatives The Care Manager role As Care Manager you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the office. This will also include: Manage and Lead, following CQC Guidelines and maintain compliance Conducting assessments and updating care plans Ensuring that the care provided is of highest quality and meets care needs Take a lead in promoting the expansion of services What we need: Managerial Experience within the care sector Good knowledge of CQC fundamental standards UK driving license Excellent communication skills A passion for supporting older people within the community A NVQ level 5 or willing to work towards one Is this of interest to you.
