OverviewAs Head of Growth Marketing, reporting to the Growth Marketing Director, you will lead performance marketing across priority brands and drive overall marketing effectiveness. You will be a key member of Future's Growth Squad, collaborating with brand teams to translate data-led insights into campaigns, creative, and customer journeys. You will also manage a small team within the Growth Squad. This is a senior role that sets the test-and-learn agenda, drives CAC:LTV improvements, and ensures insights translate into scaled execution. You will help meet FY26 subscription growth targets and raise standards for marketing effectiveness across the portfolio. ResponsibilitiesLead performance marketing across priority brands and manage a small Growth Squad team. Link data-led insights back into campaigns, creative, and customer journeys. Oversee full funnel activities including campaign strategy, creative optimisation, channel budget allocation, landing page testing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), email activation, subscriber take-through, and retention. Establish and scale growth loops to improve marketing efficiency and ensure data and insights flow into the campaign cycle. Set and drive the test-and-learn agenda to improve CAC:LTV and scale insights into execution. Support the achievement of subscription growth targets and raise marketing effectiveness across the portfolio. QualificationsExperience leading Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing teams. Experience with subscriptions or DTC businesses. Experience delivering CAC:LTV improvements and subscription growth. Experience with conversion funnels, full-funnel strategies, A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and CRO. Experience working with brand teams and Senior Managers to raise campaign impact. Comfortable managing large budgets and senior stakeholder relationships. Experience developing growth-focused teams. Commercial mindset with understanding of CAC, LTV, churn, and growth loops. Ability to translate data into action with a test-and-learn mindset. DetailsLocation: Hybrid role from Bath or London Office (three days in office, two from home). Salary range: £55,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience).
