You will also provide supervision to junior members of staff. About you We are looking specifically for experienced Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers or Licensed Conveyancers with 3 years+ Post Qualification Experience for this role. You will be committed to providing a high level of client care. You will be an ambitious and dynamic individual. A positive can do attitude is key to our culture and business model. You will be organised, have a strong work ethic and good attention to detail. Essential Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing. Confident in managing a full caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and complex transactions. Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff, with the ability to provide clear guidance and support. Strong communication and client service skills, with a professional and approachable manner. Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management. Comfortable using digital case management systems and committed to adopting new technology to enhance service delivery.
