Home Manager Residential Care Home (Bath) Salary: 40,000 60,000 (DOE) Contract: Full-time, Permanent We are recruiting an experienced Home Manager to lead our established residential care home in Bath , offering residential, dementia, respite and day care services. The home is set within beautiful grounds, providing an exceptional environment for residents and staff. About the Role As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, compliance and operational performance of the home. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred care, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong standards across all areas of service delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding care Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and sustain/improve the homes GOOD rating Oversee care planning, safeguarding and quality assurance processes Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively Build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals and the local community Requirements NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or equivalent) Proven experience as a Home Manager within a residential or dementia care setting Track record of maintaining or improving a GOOD CQC rating Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Interview Process Two-stage process: Initial interview via Microsoft Teams Final face-to-face interview at the home TPBN1_UKTJ
